As Hire Velocity’s Director of Technology, Systems and Compliance, Andre Lynar leverages technology to address the multi-faceted components of recruiting. He is perfectly suited for the role, combining an affinity for all things technology with more than six years’ experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and staffing. He has supported clients and candidates across a number of verticals, including engineering, healthcare, telecommunications, and IT staffing.
Andre champions a cross-functional, technology-driven approach to project management and process development. Working diligently alongside the core client services team, he also supports enterprise-wide program rollouts and systems integration and implementation.
Andre studied at Savannah State University and holds his Bachelors in Business Administration. Originally from New Jersey, Andre lives in Atlanta and enjoys cooking, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
