As Vice President of Talent Solutions at Hire Velocity, Heather Siler leverages over eighteen years of experience in talent acquisition outsourcing to deliver customized recruitment strategies that drive client success. Heather combines operational expertise, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate the challenges of a competitive talent market.

Heather’s proficiency with recruitment technology—ranging from sourcing and CRM to applicant tracking systems—enables her to tackle the evolving demands of talent acquisition. Her career spans both operations and business development, where she has led Business Performance Analytics teams, Solution Design, and Solutions Integration.

Prior to joining Hire Velocity, Heather served as President of Armstrong Craven, where she advised Fortune 100 companies on innovative talent strategies to attract, hire, and retain key talent. She also spearheaded Korn Ferry’s RPO engagement with Hewlett-Packard Enterprises across the Americas and EMEA, leading a team responsible for thousands of hires annually across diverse roles.

Outside of her professional life, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and supporting their sons, Grayden and Everett, in their athletic pursuits. A dedicated tennis player and runner, she’s always up for her next challenge. The Siler family loves to travel to warm-weather destinations and values time at home with their Golden Doodle, Clifford.

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Tampa, where she was a standout member and Team Captain of the Women’s Tennis team.
